Pastor
Mark Snowden became our pastor in July of 2017. Mark is married to Natalie and they have five children, Sierra, Mia, John Taylor, Ella and Oliver. Mark was born in Meridian, Mississippi and educated at the University of Southern Mississippi and George W. Truett Theological Seminary. Before surrendering to the call of ministry Mark spent time in the construction industry as a Field Manager and working with his wife’s family’s small engine dealership.

Cory davis
Student Minister
Cory Davis is the Student Minister here at FBC Floydada. He brings over a decade of experience in ministry and has served in various churches in Texas and Arkansas. Along with his pastoral work, Cory has a diverse background in facilities maintenance and the oil and gas industry. He's married to his wife Sarah and they're raising three daughters - Scarlett, Kennan, and Sophia. Cory also is pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Christian Ministry with an emphasis in Theological studies. His passion for serving people and being an example of Jesus' love shows in all he does.

Director of Children's Ministry
Ludustia has been active in First Baptist Floydada since she was a baby. Her love for children and the fact she is still a child at heart led her to start helping in the nursery department in 1994. Ludustia enjoyed teaching Lil' Blessings Preschool, a ministry of First Baptist Church from 1999-2008, serving as Director those last 2 years. She served as Nursery Coordinator starting in 2003 and expanded her ministry to Director of Children's Ministry in January of 2015. Ludustia received a Diploma in Children's Ministry from KidMin Academy in 2016. In 2017 she received certificates in Special Needs Ministry, Small Church Children's Ministry, Kidmin Leadership, Early Childhood Ministry and Advanced Kidmin Essentials from Kidmin Academy.

RYAN CROWE
Music Minister
Ryan Crowe joined FBC Floydada in 2023, having spent the previous two years leading music at another congregation in the city.
Ryan works as the Executive Director for Floydada's Economic Development Corporation, and has served in bi-vocational roles at churches in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado.
A proud graduate of Baylor University, Ryan is married to Dr. Rebekah Crowe, a college professor and popular Sunday School teacher at FBC. Their son Wesley is a student at Floydada Collegiate High School and member of the Impact Youth Ministry.
