We believe there is one true God. God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes all the while remaining One.
Jesus Christ is God's Son. He was born of a virgin as both God and man, lived a sinless life, died to atone for the sins of human beings, was buried, arose from the grave, ascended into heaven and will literally return to earth.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit is the divine helper and counselor. His work is to reveal Christ, convict of sin, lead to repentance, guide believers, comfort, strengthen, and sanctify the soul.
The Bible is the inspired word of God and is without error. The Bible was written by men as God's revelation of Himself to man.
Human Beings are the special creation of God, made in His own image. All have willfully sinned, and as a result are in need of salvation from sin.
Salvation is a gift of God offered to all people. Salvation comes to those who willingly choose to repent from sin to God and through faith trust Jesus as Lord and Savior. Every person who truly receives salvation is eternally secure in the Lord Jesus Christ and will spend eternity in heaven.
Baptism is by immersion after salvation and is done in obedience to Jesus Christ's command
The Lord's Supper
The Lord's Supper is a symbolic act of obedience whereby believers, through the bread and drink, remember the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ.
The Church is a local body of baptized believers of which Jesus Christ is the Head. The Church's mission is to take the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world baptizing, teaching, and making disciples.
